Associate Product Manager

At Vibe, We are looking for a Product Manager Assistant with 2 years of experience to join our fintech development.


Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define, develop, and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Fintech, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities to inform product decisions.
• Customer Focus: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, translating them into actionable product features and improvements.
• Product Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics to measure product performance, drive product decisions, and optimize features for better user experience and business outcomes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate product vision, progress, and changes to stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams.
• Product Launches: Manage the end-to-end process of product launches, including go-to-market strategy, training, and post-launch analysis.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance, user feedback, and industry trends to continuously improve the product.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

• +2 years of experience in assistant product management, preferably within the digital marketing, analytics, or SaaS industries.
•   Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
•   Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Technical Skills:

•  Strong understanding of web analytics, digital marketing, and related technologies.
•  Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent.
•  Familiarity with data analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
•  Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and practices.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•  Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the digital marketing or web analytics industry.
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and other online marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of user journey mapping and customer segmentation.
• Understanding of machine learning or AI-based product features.

Tools and Technologies:

• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Basic understanding of web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
