Job Brief
Tapsi Food is seeking a highly data-driven, results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to lead our performance marketing efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of the full performance marketing funnel, expertise across various digital channels, and a proven ability to lead a campaign team focused on driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy focused on user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue generation through performance-based campaigns.
- Performance Marketing Management: Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of all performance channels, including:
- Digital Marketing (Paid Acquisition): Manage large budgets across Google Ads, and other programmatic/display channels to achieve ambitious CAC and ROI targets.
- E-CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Lead the strategy and optimization of push notifications, Marketing SMS to improve user engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
- Campaign Management & Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor the campaigns team, ensuring a strong focus on performance goals and data-driven execution.
- Define campaign objectives, develop creative briefs, and ensure timely and high-quality deployment of performance-focused campaigns.
- Data Analysis & Reporting (Core Focus):
- Be the primary owner of performance data, consistently monitoring key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention rates, etc.).
- Use advanced analytical tools to identify growth opportunities, diagnose performance issues, and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Monitoring dashboards to track the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Implement a rigorous framework for A/B testing across channels, creatives, and landing pages to continuously improve performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Data, Business and Analytics teams to optimize the user journey, improve tracking capabilities, and implement growth features.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in a high-growth environment, with 2+ years specifically focused on performance marketing and growth. Previous experience in the Food Delivery, E-commerce, or Tech industry is highly desirable.
- Data Proficiency: Exceptional analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations. Must be proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and comfortable with data visualization (Python , Metabase)
- Channel Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience managing and optimizing major performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Social Ads) and a strong understanding of E-CRM strategies and tools.
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing and mentoring a small to medium-sized campaign or marketing team.
- Skills:
- Expert knowledge of tracking, attribution models, and incrementality testing.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
