As the DevOps Lead at Takhfifan, you will own the reliability, scalability, and performance of our e-commerce platform. You will lead the DevOps team, improve our automation and CI/CD pipelines, strengthen our observability stack, and ensure smooth collaboration between infrastructure and development teams. This role is critical to maintaining uptime, supporting rapid product delivery, and driving technical excellence across the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, setting best practices for reliability, automation, and CI/CD.
• Own the design and maintenance of scalable and highly available infrastructure.
• Improve and manage deployment pipelines using GitLab CI and Docker.
• Collaborate with development teams (Ruby, PHP, Next.js, React.js) to ensure smooth delivery.
• Enhance observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
• Oversee administration of MariaDB, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Redis.
• Develop and maintain configuration management through Ansible.
• Drive incident response, root-cause analysis, and operational excellence.
• Maintain clear documentation and provide support during maintenance or emergencies.

Requirements

• DevOps/SRE experience, 2+ years in a lead.
• Strong Linux, Nginx, networking, and containerization skills.
• Solid experience with GitLab CI/CD and Docker.
• Programming experience in Golang, Python, PHP, or Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and monitoring stacks.
• Knowledge of MariaDB, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Redis administration.
• Strong Bash scripting and automation mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
