

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and management of designated trade lanes (e.g., Europe–Middle East, China–Iran).
Coordinate with overseas agents to obtain rates, service details, and routing solutions.
Prepare and update rate sheets, quotations, and comparative analyses for commercial teams.
Follow up on active shipments to ensure timely execution and resolve any service issues.
Monitor market trends, freight rate fluctuations, and competitor activities.
Support the sales team by providing trade lane information and customer-specific pricing.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation within internal systems.
Build and maintain professional relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies, international regulations, and customer requirements.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered).
Strong command of English (written and spoken).
Familiarity with freight forwarding concepts (Air, Sea, Road, Incoterms).
Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
Strong communication, teamwork, and follow-up abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
