A reputable trading company specialising in the export of petrochemical products, chemicals, and construction materials with a secure and professional work environment located in West Tehran (Poonak) is seeking to hire:

Field of Study: Preference for Business Administration, MBA, or related fields

Position Overview
We are a growing trading company seeking a capable, professional, and self-driven individual to develop new markets and manage the entire sales cycle from research and lead generation to negotiation and finalising contracts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved in every stage of the marketing and sales process, from identifying potential clients to closing deals.

 Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional research across websites, platforms, and industry-specific networks to identify new clients
  • Establish initial contact with international customers (calls, messages, emails) and present the company, its products, and value propositions
  • Handle all written and verbal correspondence in English with precision and professionalism, and respond promptly to client enquiries
  • Manage the negotiation process from introduction to contract finalisation
  • Monitor target markets, gather reliable data, and provide analytical insights for commercial decision-making
  • Follow up on orders throughout the entire process until the final outcome is achieved
  • Coordinate with internal teams to optimise workflows and improve customer conversion rates

Skills & Competencies

  • Full proficiency in English (written and verbal communication, correspondence, and negotiation)
  • Strong ability to conduct specialised research across online and international platforms
  • Advanced negotiation skills and proven experience in B2B sales techniques
  • Ability to analyse market data and produce actionable reports
  • Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and take full responsibility for managing sales pipelines
  • Familiarity with international trade principles, Incoterms, and commercial procedures is considered a plus
