Job Description

We are looking for a Campaign Senior Specialist to lead and optimize Digikala’s Amazing Offers performance. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end operational and analytical processes of Amazing Offers, collaborate with marketing channels to maximize visibility and sales uplift, and ensure the continuous growth of this high-impact commercial stream.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of coordinating across Growth, Commercial, and Marketing teams to deliver measurable business results.

 

Responsibilities

Amazing Offers Ownership

• Manage the full operational lifecycle of Amazing Offers including selection, scheduling, pricing validation, and performance tracking.
• Work closely with Commercial, Pricing, and Supply teams to ensure high-quality assortment and optimal stock availability.
• Monitor daily/weekly performance (traffic, conversion, revenue, margin, stock health) and provide insights to improve decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to increase the share of Amazing Offers in overall sales through better selection, prioritization, and coordination.
• Develop structured processes and playbooks to scale Amazing Offers operations efficiently.

Campaign Execution & Growth

• Plan and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost the visibility of Amazing Offers (push, email, SMS, in-app, homepage, social, paid channels).
• Collaborate with channel owners (CRM, Paid Media, SEO, Social, App & Homepage teams) to ensure consistent traffic acquisition and conversion improvement.
• Run A/B tests on placements, creatives, messages, and timing to optimize click-through and conversion rates.
• Work with Data & Growth Analysts to validate targeting logic, measure uplift, and identify new growth levers.
• Create dashboards, reports, and insights to track campaign effectiveness and present findings to leadership.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Align closely with Product & Engineering teams to improve tools, automations, and user experience of Amazing Offers.
• Partner with Creative & Content teams to ensure high-quality and On-brand campaign assets.
• Maintain documentation, segmentation rules, operational workflows, and campaign guidelines.

Requirements
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive data-based decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple campaign streams with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, AOV, ROAS, revenue uplift) and experimentation methods.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills to work with Commercial, Growth, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Understanding of merchandising, pricing, stock management, and promotional mechanics is a plus.
• Experience in digital marketing, growth, or lifecycle campaigns is a strong advantage.
