BI Developer

We are looking for a motivated BI Developer (Junior–Mid level) to join our Central Data team.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and has hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, SQL, and ETL development. you will be involved in designing and building BI solutions, maintaining data pipelines, and supporting dashboards used by business teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and DAX measures
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines (SQL / SSIS / or similar tools)
• Work closely with business teams to understand reporting needs
• Prepare clean, reliable datasets for analytical and operational reporting
• Participate in data modeling, star schema design, and building Tabular models
• Ensure data quality, validation, and performance tuning of BI solutions
• Collaborate in improving BI development standards and best practices

 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in BI development
• Strong experience with Power BI, including DAX and data modeling
• Experience building ETL/ELT processes (using SSIS, SQL scripts, or similar tools)
• Good understanding of database concepts, relational modeling, star schema, and performance optimization
• Ability to write clean, optimized SQL queries
• Familiarity with Tabular Models (SSAS Tabular)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

 Nice to Have (Plus)

• Familiarity with Python for data automation
• Basic understanding of CI/CD for BI
• Knowledge of version control (Git)
