HSE Engineer (Telecom, Fiber, & Warehouse Operations)

We are hiring an HSE Engineer to ensure 24/7 compliance with Iranian HSE laws and international standards, manage risks across telecom, fiber optic, and warehouse operations, and drive a strong safety culture across all shifts.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure full implementation and compliance of the Vista HSE Management System across all shifts (day, evening, night, weekends) in alignment with Iranian HSE laws and international standards.
• Provide on-site HSE coverage through rotating shifts, conduct unannounced inspections (especially night/weekend), manage emergencies, and make stop-work decisions when required.
• Oversee risk management for all shift-based operations, including adverse weather, fiber optic activities, warehouse logistics, subcontractor works, and night-shift safety conditions.
• Manage shift-specific HSE documentation, RAMS approvals, incident investigations, and seamless shift-to-shift handovers.
• Develop and deliver HSE training accessible to all shifts, including fatigue management, night-work hazards, and safety competencies for field and warehouse teams.
• Ensure 24/7 emergency preparedness, conduct night-shift drills, and maintain readiness of teams across all operational hours.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• 3–5 years HSE experience in telecom/fiber/warehouse operations with 24/7 or shift-based environments.
• Valid HSE certifications (NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Iranian HSE laws (including night-work regulations) and familiarity with international standards.
• Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, travel to sites at any hour, and participate in on-call schedules.
• Proficiency in MS Office; fluent Persian
• Proficiency in working English
