Senior Business Development Manager

The Senior Business Development Manager – Financing Solutions is responsible for structuring, securing and managing financing facilities from banks and financial institutions, with clear targets on total financing volume. This role also drives the development and expansion of products and services that are based on financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

•   Achieve annual/quarterly financing volume targets and execute a financing roadmap aligned with company growth.
• Source, structure, negotiate, and manage various funding facilities with banks and financial institutions end-to-end.
• Work with internal teams to design and implement financing-based products/services and monitor their performance and risks.
•  Maintain strong lender relationships and provide regular management reporting on financing secured vs. targets and portfolio performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

•  Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate finance, banking, structured finance, project finance, treasury, or financing-focused business development
• Strong understanding of banking products, credit facilities, collateral structures, guarantees and typical documentation
• Hands-on experience in dealing with banks and financial institutions, preferably in negotiating and closing financing deals
• Solid financial analysis skills, including ability to build and interpret financial models, cash flow projections and basic risk metrics
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Risk, Product, Operations) to implement financing structures and services
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with external financial partners
•  Result-oriented mindset with a clear focus on meeting financing volume targets and enabling business growth
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
