 We are building a scalable, data-driven infrastructure to support high-velocity order processing, multi-warehouse operations, marketplace integrations, and next-generation retail technology.

We’re looking for a Senior Back-End Developer who can help us design the future backbone of our systems—from order routing and WMS to CRM automation, catalogue management, and supplier integrations.

 Responsibilities
- As a Senior Back-End Developer at 2khat, you will:

- System Architecture & Development
Design and implement high-performance, scalable API services


- Develop and maintain core backend modules (OMS, WMS-lite, Inventory, CRM integrations)


Data & Integrations
- Build data pipelines to connect warehouse, CRM, website, and supplier systems


- Integrate with external APIs (payment gateways, logistics, SMS, marketplaces)


- Design clean database schemas and optimize queries


Quality & Performance
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and security


- Optimize system performance for peak-load events like Black Friday


Collaboration
- Collaborate with product manager & operations team


- Document architecture & maintain clear technical standards


- Lead code reviews and enforce clean code practices
 Required Skills
Core Technical Skills
- 5+ years experience in back-end development


- Strong proficiency in Python (Django)


- SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Elastic, Redis)


- Microservices & REST API architecture


- Docker, containerization, CI/CD pipelines


- Event-driven architecture (RabbitMQ / Redis Streams)


Bonus Skills
- Experience with e-commerce systems


- Understanding of warehouse/logistics domain


- Previous experience building WMS/OMS/ERP modules
