We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in production and can contribute to both strategy and implementation.    Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models with a focus on NLP, recommendation systems, and LLM-based applications.

• Apply NLP techniques to analyze, classify, and extract insights from text data.

• Build and maintain data pipelines and prepare datasets for modeling

• Collaborate with product, marketing & Tech teams to implement AI solutions

• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance in production environments.

• Document processes, architectures, training, and evaluation results clearly and accurately.
  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering/Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML models.

• Strong experience with Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, spaCy, Transformers, LangChain, etc.

• Practical experience in NLP, recommendation systems, and intelligent model development.

• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms.

• Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and MLOps practices.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vector databases, LLM orchestration tools, and RAG pipelines.

• Familiarity with travel, e-commerce, or customer-facing AI applications.

Prior experience integrating AI features into production systems or web/mobile platforms.
