Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketer to lead our acquisition, activation, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for building scalable growth engines, optimizing funnel performance, and implementing automation workflows that improve user engagement and retention.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, iterates quickly, and makes decisions based on data and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

Acquisition & Growth
• Develop and optimize user acquisition channels across paid and organic sources
• Implement funnel optimization, attribution analysis, and A/B testing
• Build and scale growth loops and predictable acquisition engines

Activation & Lifecycle Marketing
• Design activation flows for registered but inactive users
• Execute retention, re-engagement, and win-back campaigns
• Build automated CRM workflows (SMS, push, in-app messaging)

Content, SEO & Social
• Develop a data-driven content roadmap aligned with SEO/SEM goals
• Scale the blog and optimize content for search engines and AI-driven discovery
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with marketing automation and CRM workflows
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, cohort analysis, attribution, and the AARRR funnel
• High analytical proficiency and comfort with data-driven decision-making
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Metabase
• Track record of running acquisition, activation, and retention campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
