The Senior Finance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of the company’s financial activities. This role manages core accounting operations—including documentation, reconciliations, payroll, taxation, and statutory reporting—while supporting the preparation of financial statements and ensuring alignment with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirments:
- Record, classify, and control financial documents in line with accounting standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure alignment between bank accounts and financial ledgers.
- Handle treasury accounting, payroll, and compensation workflows.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports and statements.
- Review and reconcile statements, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
- Follow up on taxation and insurance-related matters.
- Issue invoices and manage receivables and payables.
- Prepare financial statements and manage VAT returns and seasonal transaction reports.
- Work with the Taxpayers System (سامانه مودیان) and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Requirments:
- Full proficiency in accounting standards, financial statements, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, insurance laws, and financial regulations.
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- High sense of responsibility, discipline, and results orientation.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and financial modeling.
- Precision and accuracy in all financial tasks.
