Financial Planning Specialist | Operation

Digikala is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operation Financial Planning Specialist to join our operations Department. The ideal candidate is passionate about financial analysis, operational planning, and cost optimization, and thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and update financial plans related to Operations (OPEX/CAPEX).
• Prepare periodic financial performance reports and analyze budget variances.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams to forecast costs and improve financial efficiency.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations for cost and capacity optimization.
• Participate in financial and operational process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Monitor daily/monthly operational expenses and ensure alignment with the approved budget.
• Support the development of dashboards, financial models, and management-level presentations.
• Contribute to strategic operational planning and financial scenario analyses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong command of Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.
• Solid analytical skills and ability to produce accurate management reports.
• Familiarity with logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations is a strong plus.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving capability.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control concepts.
