About ELOGE

The Role
We are seeking a Creative Operations Coordinator who acts as a bridge between creative production and project management. You will be responsible for creating and editing content, managing our Instagram presence, and ensuring the team stays on schedule. You will also handle basic financial tracking and report daily progress to the manager.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Execution: Modify projects and bring new, creative ideas to the table. Use AI tools, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, or similar editing apps to produce high-quality visual content.
Project Monitoring: Oversee project timelines for all remaining tasks. Actively remind team members of upcoming deadlines and deliverables to ensure smooth workflow.
Social Media Management: Manage the company Instagram page, utilizing deep knowledge of Instagram structures/algorithms to grow our presence.
Team Communication: Serve as a central link for the team, communicating effectively and fostering a collaborative environment.
Administrative Duties: Maintain basic accounting records and manage team funds/expenses.
Reporting: Submit a concise daily report to the manager outlining progress and roadblocks.

Requirements & Capabilities

Language: Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).

Technical Skills:
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
Proficiency in Adobe Apps (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) and/or mobile editing apps like CapCut.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, creativity, self-discipline, and the ability to work independently.
Financial Literacy: Basic knowledge of accounting and money management.

Equipment:
You must own a reliable Smartphone, a Laptop, and have a stable High-Speed Internet connection.

Work Schedule & Availability
Daily Commitment: Must be available to work 3 to 5 hours a day.
Mandatory Meeting: You must attend the weekly online team meeting every Wednesday at 8:00 PM PDT (Pacific Daylight Time) via the Meet app. ( Time might change )
