We are seeking a curious UX Researcher to join our product team. As a UX Researcher, you'll work closely with senior researchers, product designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to uncover user needs, behaviours, and motivations. You’ll support small to medium-sized projects while developing hands-on experience in planning, conducting, and synthesizing user research that directly impacts product direction and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points within the product domain.
- Analyze and synthesize research data to generate clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives and align on key questions.
- Present findings using structured reports, storytelling, and visual aids tailored to different audiences.
- Support research operations, including participant recruiting and compliance-related processes.
- Contribute to small to mid-sized projects, collaborating with senior researchers and supporting ongoing discovery work.
- Advocate for user needs within product, design, and development teams, and challenge non-user-centric decisions.
- Help integrate research into product development through continuous collaboration with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UX research or a related role.
- Familiarity with fundamental qualitative and quantitative research principles.
- Ability to analyze user data (including basic descriptive statistics) and translate it into meaningful insights.
- Strong skills in documentation, with the ability to present findings in a clear, structured, and visual way.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities tailored to different stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and the role of research in product development.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams alongside designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Google Sheets, and user research or analytics tools.
