Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities :

• Strong ownership over the backlog, prioritization, and communication with stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative and fast-moving environment
• Prioritize, negotiate and remove impediments to orchestrate a successful feature launch
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to generate hypotheses, prototype, validate, and ship new products, including preparing product specifications, coordinating development activity, and tracking the progress of in-flight projects
• Manage the feature life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities to ensure a successful feature launch
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps
• Strong ownership over the product's quarterly goals. Monitor and come up with hypotheses and ideas to achieve the targets. 
• Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives and support the development team with any questions they may have
• Own and maintain a dynamic product roadmap and make sure all stakeholders have transparency over product changes.

 
Requirements:

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Having the strong capability in communicating the results of the analysis to the business and development team and stating the results very clearly
• Understanding of software design principles, tools, and technologies
• Excellent analytical skills and strong intuitions of user behavior
• Passion for data-driven product development
