Job Description

You will own product strategy and the product lifecycle inside a high-velocity venture-studio playbook: converting Greenlighted ideas into instantiated custom Argoman Venture templates,
assigning PMs, overseeing problem validation, guiding PoC → MVP → PMF decisions, and owning post-launch product metrics and iteration strategy. You’ll be the product conscience for venture teams and primary product decision-maker inside the studio until a NewCo CEO is assigned. 

Must-have skills & experience: 

● 6+ years product experience, with at least 2–3 years owning end-to-end product
lifecycles in startups, scale-ups, or venture studios. Venture-studio experience strongly
preferred.
● Strong strategic product leadership: concept → PoC → MVP → PMF. Ability to run fast
validation cycles.
● Proven experience in assigning and managing PMs and cross-functional squads
(engineering, design, marketing).
● Solid quantitative chops: define KPIs, read metrics (cohort analysis, retention,
conversion funnels). Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude/GA/segment),
comfortable with SQL or ability to interrogate product data.
● UX & design literacy: can review Product Design Document, BPMN flows, wireframes
and UX hypotheses.
● Familiarity with Agile, sprint cadence, Jira/Confluence, and tracking systems.
● Stakeholder management: comfortable collaborating with CEO, CTO, CMO, CFO, Legal,
HR, Committee.
● Excellent written and verbal communication — able to package “Greenlight” bundles and
present them to the committee.
● Product discovery skills: user interviews, problem validation, hypothesis testing,
experiment design.
● Familiarity with business modeling / pricing frameworks to coordinate with
Marketing/Finance outputs.
● Instrumentation & analytics implementation: ability to define event taxonomies, specify
tracking requirements, and own data quality checks with engineering/data teams.
● Experimentation & growth methodology: experience designing and analysing A/B tests
and running structured experiments to validate growth hypotheses.
● Roadmap prioritization & frameworks: proficiency with prioritization frameworks (RICE,
MoSCoW), OKR setting and translating strategy into quarterly roadmaps.
● People leadership: experience hiring, mentoring and performance-managing PMs and
product teams.
● Financial literacy: comfortable reading basic P&L, managing product budgets, and
modelling unit economics to inform product decisions.
● Security & compliance awareness: basic understanding of data privacy and security
requirements relevant to product and working with Legal to ensure compliant designs.
● API & technical architecture literacy: ability to understand APIs, integration constraints
and implications for product scope and delivery.
● Customer-facing operations collaboration: experience working with Customer Success
and Support to close feedback loops and reduce churn.
● Vendor & third-party management: experience evaluating and managing third-party
services and integrations (analytics providers, payment gateways, identity providers).
Nice-to-have (recommended additions)
● Prior experience in a venture-studio or builder model (fast idea-to-prototype throughput).
● Experience with custom template tools and internal product-instantiation systems.
● Familiarity with regulatory/legal constraints for product categories (FinTech, Insurtech,
Health and Longevity, B2B SaaS) so feasibility inputs are shaped early.
● Experience building Innovation Accounting packages and lessons-learnt artifacts.
● English literacy for operating with foreign-market founders and documents (practical for
this studio’s scaling strategy).
● Familiarity with experimentation and feature-flagging tooling (e.g., LaunchDarkly,
Optimizely) and event-tracking platforms (e.g., Segment, Snowplow).
● Experience with localization and internationalization for multi-market rollouts.
● Prior experience managing remote or distributed teams across timezones.
