Enterprise Data Management Associate

Roles & Responsibilities
• Support the development and enhancement of enterprise data management practices across the organization.
• Assist in implementing data governance policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and business units to resolve data-related issues and improve data quality. 
• Drive continuous improvement in data management practices through assessment and benchmarking industry best practices.
• Provide strategic guidance on data-related risks, dependencies, and opportunities to senior leadership.

Education
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is an advantage but not required. 

Qualifications
• Experience in data management, data governance, data quality, or related fields.
• Understanding of basic concepts in data modeling, data architecture, and data governance frameworks.
• Experience with documenting data flows, data dictionaries, or metadata is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn new tools, methods, and best practices.
• Good communication skills in Persian and English, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating in cross-functional projects.
