Project Civil Engineer - آقا

The Project Civil Engineer Specialist is responsible for conducting regular site visits to assess existing conditions, progress, and compliance with technical requirements. The role includes defining and providing clear project scopes, technical inputs, and civil engineering solutions aligned with project objectives. The position ensures effective execution supervision by monitoring construction activities, quality standards, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.

Description

·       Conduct regular site visits to evaluate site conditions, construction progress, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and HSE requirements.

·       Define, review, and provide clear civil scopes of work, technical inputs, BOQs, and execution methodologies for projects and variations.

·       Supervise civil works execution to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and compliance with engineering standards and contractual requirements.

·       Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and support smooth project delivery.

·       Identify risks, report deviations, and recommend corrective actions to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.

·       Material Testing and Selection appropriate construction materials based on strength, durability, and project specifications.

Documentation and reporting technical reports, progress updates, and as-built documentation to support project transparency and handover.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:
3–5 years of experience in project’s engineering, preferably in large-scale operations, logistics, or construction projects

Certifications:
Auto CAD – 2D and 3D

Working knowledge of MSP

Familiarity with ETABS/SAP2000

Languages:
Fluent in English
