Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced, data-driven Senior Google Ads & Paid Acquisition Specialist to join our Acquisition Marketing team. In this role, you will own paid acquisition strategies across web and app channels, manage budgets at scale, and drive sustainable growth through deep analysis, optimization, and experimentation.


Responsibilities:

  • Own, plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), app marketing campaigns, and retargeting channels
  • Lead budget allocation and scaling decisions across paid channels to maximize ROI and growth efficiency
  • Design and manage full-funnel acquisition strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using GA4
  • Build performance reports and dashboards, translating data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Continuously improve campaign performance through A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Content, Design, and Sales teams to align acquisition efforts with business goals
  • Identify growth opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and new paid channels or formats
  • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and measurement across platforms
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid acquisition and performance marketing



Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads and Paid Acquisition
  • Proven experience in budget management and allocation across multiple paid channels
  • Strong expertise in GA4, conversion tracking, attribution models, and data analysis
  • Solid experience in Application (App) Marketing, including user acquisition and optimization
  • Advanced data analytics skills with the ability to turn complex data into strategic decisions
  • Experience with CRO concepts and performance-driven experimentation
  • Proficiency with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, spreadsheets, and dashboards
  • Ability to work independently, own performance outcomes, and lead initiatives end-to-end
