
Job Description:
Sales Force Development & Evaluation
Conduct structured field coaching for sales teams (DSV, SR, MR, FE) through scheduled joint visits and on-the-job training.
Assess performance, provide feedback, and report results to Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and T&M leadership (Assistant Manager & Supervisor).
Merchandising & KPI Oversight
Monitor and audit the execution of all merchandising KPIs through systematic and random in-store inspections, including photo-based evaluations.
Ensure adherence to visual and compliance standards across assigned territories.
Sales Force Incentive (SFI) Program Management
Supervise the implementation of SFI projects, including photo audits and in-person verification to ensure program integrity.
Training Delivery & Development
Design and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for field sales personnel (DSVs, SRs, MMRs, SMRs, etc.) on sales methodologies, product knowledge, and operational protocols.
Ensure training alignment with territorial needs and scheduled plans.
Performance & Route Management
Track and evaluate merchandising KPIs across key urban routes, including Unilever Street initiatives.
Support the quarterly technical assessment process for field teams.
Team Development & Mentorship
Assist in onboarding and training new T&M Specialists.
Identify high-potential field personnel and recommend them to the T&M Supervisor for advancement.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Prepare periodic competitive activity reports, tracking direct and indirect competitor movements.
Share insights with relevant teams to inform strategy and tactical adjustments.
Territory Performance Reporting
Generate regular sales performance reports covering systematic metrics and on-ground execution.
Distribute findings to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
