Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Revenue Assurance and Fraud Analyst to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of our financial and transactional data. In this role, you will reconcile internal data with partner and financial records, design automated controls, monitor performance trends, and provide actionable insights that drive informed decision-making and reduce revenue risk.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile financial and operational data across internal systems, databases, and reports from partners or finance teams.
  • Generate daily, monthly, and periodic analytical reports to support accounting, audits, and partner settlements.
  • Develop and maintain automated data quality checks to identify anomalies and ensure consistency.
  • Document processes, findings, and best practices to support operational continuity and knowledge transfer.
  • Analyze trends and patterns to identify risks, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Build and maintain automation tools for reporting, monitoring, and alerting on mismatches or irregularities.
  • Collaborate with finance, tech, audit, and operations teams to implement robust and feasible controls.
  • Investigate and resolve automated system alerts in a timely manner.
  • Provide insights for designing or improving systems related to revenue assurance and reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with SQL server.
  • Strong Python skills for data analysis, automation, and rule-based validations.
  • Experience in Revenue Assurance, Data Reconciliation, and Reporting Pipelines.
  • Basic understanding of financial processes, accounting concepts, and settlements.
  • Ability to work with large-scale datasets and reconcile operational records with financial reports.
  • Experience generating executive-level analytical reports.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with financial and transactional data.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and executive summarization skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement.
  • Team-oriented with high ownership and accountability.
