Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to lead high-impact analytical initiatives that enhance operational performance and improve the customer experience. This role plays a critical part in driving strategic decision-making through advanced data analysis, process optimization, and close collaboration with senior operations leadership. 

Advanced SQL, Python, and Power BI skills are essential, along with strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication capabilities.
Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver key analytical initiatives and projects to continuously improve operational processes and customer experience.
• Proactively identify opportunities for analysis and generate actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decision-making.
• Analyze and optimize core business processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and delivery performance.
• Investigate problem orders to identify root causes, uncover trends, and proactively reduce or eliminate recurring issues.
• Partner closely with Heads of Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to align analytics with business priorities.
• Work with large, complex datasets and enterprise data warehouses to support operational reporting and analysis.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to communicate insights clearly and effectively.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering continuous learning, analytical rigor, and best practices within the team.
• Contribute to the long-term operations analytics vision and continuous improvement roadmap.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior analytical role, with a strong track record of leading complex projects and initiatives.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex querying, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Strong Python experience for data analysis, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong problem-structuring and analytical modeling skills, with the ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses (highly desirable).
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
