Creative Director (Remote) | International Team

ArtAndALL is a digital marketing company (branding, social, ads, web, video/motion). We’re looking for a Creative Director to guide creative direction, keep final deliveries high-quality, and occasionally support hands-on execution when needed.
What you’ll do

Lead creative direction across campaigns and content (social, video, web, decks)

Review work, give clear feedback, and approve final outputs

Improve workflow with briefs, standards, and a simple QA flow

Hands-on support when needed (design/motion/video depending on your strength)


What we need

3+ years in creative leadership (CD/AD/Design Lead)

Strong portfolio + 2 projects you directed

Deep expertise in one area (design or motion/video or photography) and working knowledge of the others

Good English (international team)

Comfortable working remote
