
We are looking for a commercial specialist who will manage and execute the end-to-end process of organizational sales. This role involves coordinating with corporate clients to receive bulk orders, working closely with the sourcing team to obtain competitive prices, managing order timelines, and following up on financial processes.
Responsibilities:
_ Collect, analyze and deliver data related to company’s sales and commercial campaign performance.
_ Provide actionable insight and recommendation regarding product sales, discount, and promotion.
_ Independently follow up on projects and proactively report progress.
_ Work with B2B team to collaborate for price and purchase process.
_ To deliver correct promotion campaigns and follow the result for future decision.
_ To work on new different projects assigned to the team.
_ Manage day-to-day communication with organizational clients regarding B2B order requests.
_ Collect customer requirements, confirm details, and ensure proper documentation of orders
_ Follow up with clients to provide updates and ensure smooth execution of requests.

_ Understanding of commercial processes, purchase and sales order.
_ Accuracy, organizational skill and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
_ Ability to collect and analyze data effectively
_ High motivation and self-driven approach to manage tasks and projects.
_ Excellent teamwork and communication skills across department.
_ Ability to manage assigned projects and deadlines effectively.
_ Negotiation Skill: To work closely with sourcing, Smart, Finance and operation team.
_ Market Understanding: knowledge of the FMCG market, including seasonal trends, consumer behavior, and supply chain dynamics.
_ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
_ Problem-solving: Proactive in identifying challenges within the work and developing effective solutions.
_ Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions.
