We Are seeking a professional HRBP to join our HRBP Team. The prospective colleague will be responsible for implementing processes, procedures, and human resources policies to create a positive work environment at Adorateb.
And other Responsibilities are:
- Coordinate all necessary activities in the field of human resources with relevant managers in the specified area.
- Conduct needs assessments, plan, and implement training courses for all personnel in the respective area.
- Determine the training budget and finalize training programs with the senior HR manager.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of planned courses for implementation according to the training calendar.
- Record and maintain information related to training courses.
- Control the human resources supply program and coordinate as needed.
- Select suitable candidates based on human resources requests from the relevant department units.
- Conduct recruitment interviews in accordance with regulations and procedures for hiring organizational personnel.
- Prepare monthly and periodic reports for presentation to senior managers and BR sessions.
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of human resources infrastructure, such as designing competency frameworks.
- Carry out and follow up on all activities related to human resources and organizational development within the scope of responsibilities.
- Address complaints and personnel requests to enhance the quality of organizational relationships in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Supervise and control all human resources activities within the area of responsibility.
- Contribute to the development and finalization of human resources regulations.
- Ensure the implementation of consistent human resources policies and procedures throughout the organization.
- This role requires frequent business travel, with approximately 10 days of out-of-town assignments per month Requirements
Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office and principles of human resources management.
- Mastery of various interview techniques (structured, competency-based, etc.).
- Expertise in various compensation models.
- Proficient in various training models.
- Advanced level of English.
- Familiarity with labor laws and social security regulations.
- At least 3 years of team leadership experience.
