• Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders, acting as the bridge between business and technical teams.

Required skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment, with at least 8 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong understanding of product management processes, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering products that align with business strategy.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Expertise in defining product requirements, writing user stories, and creating product roadmaps.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Experience with data analysis and using metrics to inform product decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead discussions at all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products and ensuring continuous improvement.
