Job Description
- Develop and maintain master production schedules for centrifugal compressor packages, covering the full project lifecycle from engineering through delivery.
- Break down projects into structured Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and define clear project milestones in line with contractual and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, QA/QC, Testing, Packing, and Logistics teams to verify actual progress against the approved schedule.
- Monitor engineering deliverables, material availability, manufacturing progress, testing activities, packing, and shipment status to ensure alignment with the overall project plan.
- Identify potential schedule risks and delays, and proactively notify the Project Manager, providing clear visibility and supporting mitigation planning.
- Maintain and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, ensuring logical sequencing and realistic timelines.
- Prepare and submit bi-weekly progress reports to clients, accurately reflecting project status, achieved milestones, upcoming activities, and potential risks.
- Support internal and external meetings related to planning, progress review, and schedule alignment with clients and stakeholders.
