QC Responsible

Quality Management and Planning regarding raw materials, packaging materials, and products, including measurement and process control to ensure the precise implementation of quality programs, company policies, and Henkel's internal regulations.

Management and Planning and supervision of quantitative and qualitative testing activities required in the laboratory regarding D28.

Oversight of Compliance with quality regulations in the production and packaging processes.

Planning for the Implementation of global standard systems and monitoring their proper execution, including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001.

Monitoring and Reporting on the implementation of QC regulations communicated by competent authorities.

Standardization of Quality concerning raw materials, product components, and processes, along with reporting their status.

Control of QA Documents and records.

Control of the Impact of modified formulas and their feasibility through change management.

Reviewing Customer Complaints and providing related solutions while supervising quality issues arising from market delivery and customer feedback.

Participation in Improving the organization's management system, development, formulating strategies, methods, and systems, aligning and implementing guidelines and procedures, reporting, and informing, as well as updating and revising management practices.

Compliance with Current Company Regulations (ISO and SHE requirements, etc.).

Carrying Out Other Tasks within the scope of ongoing responsibilities as assigned by superiors.
