Job Description:
As a Technical Support Specialist (BOS), you will be responsible for:

Analyze the requests of the employer.
Create effective communications with the employer to analyze requests.
Make the requests in the prescribed time.
Analyze the configuration requests.
Make requests and apply configurations to the system.
Plan for periodical services.
Prepare and update necessary documents to perform periodical services.
Analyze the announced requests from the IPCC and the problems of the subscribers.

Qualifications:

• Good practice inSQL & PL/SQL.Hands-on skills in ITIL.
• Hands-on skills in GSM.
• Good Teamwork skills.
• Good performance management.
• Effective communication skills.
