We are looking for a Senior Organizational Development Specialist with strong expertise in Performance Management and Learning & Development to design, implement, and continuously improve talent development and performance systems across the organization. This role plays a key part in enhancing organizational capability, employee performance, and engagement while ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Responsibilities :
Organizational Development & Learning
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end learning and organizational development programs aligned with business and organizational strategy.
- Conduct training and organizational needs analysis based on business priorities, performance data, and competency frameworks.
- Develop and oversee leadership development, soft skills, and functional capability-building programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver effective learning and development solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and OD initiatives using qualitative and quantitative metrics (e.g., Kirkpatrick model).
Performance Management
- Lead and continuously improve the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-cycle reviews, and performance evaluations.
- Support managers and leaders in effective performance conversations, feedback, and coaching practices.
- Align performance management processes with competency models, career paths, and learning initiatives.
- Analyze performance data to identify capability gaps and propose targeted development interventions.
- Apply Hay Group job evaluation methodology to support job leveling, role clarity, and alignment between performance management, career paths, and learning frameworks.
Stakeholder Management & Enablement
- Partner closely with HR, leadership, and business teams to ensure alignment between organizational development initiatives and business needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, and Performance Management best practices.
- Support change management initiatives related to talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or HR roles, with hands-on experience in Performance Management.
- Strong proficiency in English
- Strong knowledge of OD and L&D methodologies, adult learning principles, and performance management frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.
