• Execute sales, distribution, and customer service policies within the Food Service channel (restaurants, confectioneries, traditional bakeries, etc.)
• Acquire and develop new customers and identify growth opportunities in the Food Service market
• Implement sales and marketing programs and promotions to enhance brand performance and development
• Manage pricing, contracts, and promotional activities to improve cost efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, supervisors, and finance department to improve overall performance
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape and report insights to management for action planning
• Execute Food Service sales and distribution strategies and ensure achievement of distribution and SKU coverage targets
• Drive sales growth by increasing volume and revenue in key Food Service accounts
