We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who cares deeply about product quality, performance, and clean architecture.
At Argoman Venture Studio, we build ambitious AI-driven products with small, high-ownership teams. This is not a role for someone who just “implements designs.” You’ll shape frontend architecture, influence product decisions, and raise engineering standards across the team.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using Vue.js and Nuxt.js (SSR experience is a big plus).
• Translate product and design requirements into high-quality, user-centric interfaces.
• Own frontend architecture decisions: state management, data fetching strategies, performance optimizations.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers (Node.js APIs) and product teams to ship features end-to-end.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code — and push others to do the same.
• Review code, mentor other developers, and actively improve frontend standards.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and UX issues — and fix them before users complain.
• Help move ideas from prototype to production fast, without sacrificing quality.

Who You Are:

• 4+ years of professional frontend experience, with strong hands-on work in Vue.js.
• Solid experience with Nuxt.js (SSR, routing, data fetching, performance considerations).
• Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture, component design, and state management.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and browser behavior.
• Experience integrating with REST APIs, authentication flows, and backend services.
• Comfortable working in Agile teams and taking ownership without micromanagement.
• Strong communication skills — you can explain technical decisions clearly.
• You think in terms of products and users, not just tickets.
• Nice to Have (Optional, Not Required)
• Experience with React and/or Next.js.
• Familiarity with Node.js and backend concepts.
• Experience with performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility.
• Startup or venture-studio experience.
• Exposure to AI-powered or data-heavy products.
