Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Service Provider Network Development & Management
- Identify, onboard, and evaluate new service providers
- Monitor service provider performance and ensure service quality standards
- Resolve operational issues and continuously improve relationships with service providers
2. Service Development & Business Growth
- Analyze sellers’ needs and design new services and service packages
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to launch new services
- Design and execute campaigns to increase service adoption and usage
3. Performance Management & KPI Tracking
- Increase service adoption rate among sellers
- Drive growth in service revenue and number of active service providers
- Reduce operational errors and service-related issues
- Prepare periodic performance reports and analyze data to improve outcomes
4. Documentation & Operational Optimization
- Develop and maintain SOPs and service provider policies
- Design operational flows for new services
- Collaborate with the Legal team on contracts and addendums
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze seller and service provider behavior using data
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve service performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management
6. Cross-functional Collaboration & Operational Leadership
- Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Distribution, Product, Marketing, and BI teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development or Service Management
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards)
- Excellent negotiation and B2B relationship management skills
- Ability to manage projects and coordinate across multiple teams
- Knowledge of warehouse, logistics, and local service operations
- Experience in writing SOPs and collaborating on contracts
