

Senior Automation & Applied AI Enablement Specialist

We are hiring a Senior Automation & Applied AI Enablement Specialist within Digikala’s Customer Operations .Department
This role is responsible for designing and implementing scalable automation and AI-driven solutions to eliminate manual work, increase operational efficiency, and improve decision-making quality across the contact .center
The focus is on fast MVP delivery, measurable impact, and long-term maintainability.
Identify repetitive, automation-ready processes and prioritize them based on business impact.
Design and implement automations (script-based or low-code/RPA) for reporting, monitoring, quality control, and operational workflows.
Build rapid MVPs and iteratively evolve them into production-ready solutions.
Apply AI / LLM capabilities to real operational use cases, such as:
Classification
Information extraction
Summarization
Alerting and anomaly detection
Internal AI assistants
Collaborate with BI and data teams to connect automations to data sources and track measurable impact.
Create lightweight technical documentation and train users to ensure sustainable adoption.
Own the stability, monitoring, and continuous improvement of production automations.
Strong hands-on expertise in at least one of the following tracks (portfolio or samples required):
Python-based automation, including API integration and lightweight ETL
Advanced Excel (VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot) combined with scripting
Low-code / RPA platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Retool, or similar)
Practical understanding of AI / LLM concepts with experience applying them in real organizational scenarios.
Ability to design simple, fast, and maintainable solutions.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from top-tier public universities.
Strong MVP-driven mindset with rapid, iterative delivery.
Chooses fit-for-purpose solutions rather than over-engineering.
Effective collaboration with operations and frontline teams.
Clear ownership mindset for maintenance and reliability of delivered solutions.
Experience with lightweight MLOps or model deployment.
Experience building internal agents or chatbots.
Familiarity with data architecture and pipelines.
Prior experience working in large-scale startups or high-growth organizations.
