About the Role:

The Fashion Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing fashion brands within the SnappPay platform. This role combines analytical thinking, strong relationship management, and a passion for fashion trends. The Account Manager will drive sales growth, plan and execute seasonal campaigns, monitor performance data, and ensure seamless brand operations across the platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop seasonal and annual sales and marketing strategies aligned with fashion trends.
  • Define key KPIs and monitor brand performance against targets.
  • Plan and execute marketing and sales campaigns for key seasons and occasions (e.g., Yalda, Valentine’s Day, Black Friday).
  • Conduct sales forecasting and build growth plans for assigned brands.
  • Manage product assortment, pricing, promotions, and discount strategies.
  • Analyze brand and campaign performance through quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Prepare regular weekly and monthly reports for senior management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Improve sales operations and resolve day‑to‑day challenges (inventory, quality, logistics).

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and the online retail ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in working with data analysis tools, Excel, and dashboards.
  • Experience with promotions, pricing strategies, and category management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to make quick, data‑driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with a controlled approach to testing new ideas.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, results‑driven, and genuinely passionate about fashion.
