Job Description

The purpose of this role is to lead and coordinate the execution of complex technical projects across the organization. The Technical Project Manager is responsible for planning, tracking, and delivering high-impact initiatives, collaborating closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution. This role focuses on managing risks, promoting continuous improvement, and maintaining alignment between the Tech department and other business units.

  Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Manage the end-to-end execution of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and other departments, providing clear, structured updates.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and coordinate with engineering leads to define and implement effective mitigation strategies.

  • Efficiency Optimization: Work with tech teams to enhance delivery workflows and remove bottlenecks across project lifecycles.

  • Project Planning & Execution: Create and maintain detailed project plans, including scope definition, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration among engineering, operations, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Process Improvement: Apply best practices and incorporate lessons learned to evolve project management standards and tools.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, specifically within a technical or software development environment.

  • Cross-functional Expertise: Proven track record of working within cross-functional teams and managing inter-departmental dependencies (Mandatory).

  • Methodologies: Solid knowledge of project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, or PMBOK.

  • Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.

  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to translate technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, motivate teams, and drive project momentum.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
