The Decoration Associate Manager is responsible for ensuring that all store decorations and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) are implemented accurately and aligned with Myli’s brand standards. This role involves regular store visits, coordinating with vendors for printing and production, and supporting the operations team with marketing-related materials.
Responsibilities:
Store Decoration Management:
- Visit stores regularly to ensure decorations and POSM are correctly implemented
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve in-store visuals and brand consistency
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any issues related to store decoration
Coordination with Vendors:
- Coordinate the printing and production of marketing materials, including banners, posters, and other promotional items
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to stores in line with campaign schedules Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
Marketing Support:
- Work closely with the marketing team to support operational needs for events, campaigns, and promotions
- Assist in creating guidelines for store decoration and POSM placement
- Provide regular reports on the status of store decorations and material usage
