Senior Knowledge & Insight Specialist

1.Knowledge Architecture

•             Support design and implementation of the Group KM Framework.

•             Map and maintain knowledge assets across VMO and transformation portfolios.

•             Ensure consistency and continuous improvement of repositories.

2. Research & Insight Integration

•             Conduct research and synthesize learnings from projects and benchmarks.

•             Produce concise Insight Briefs and Learning Notes for leadership use.

3. Learning from Projects

•             Capture lessons of key Group projects/ transformation initiatives.

•             Convert outcomes into reusable playbooks and success models.

•             Facilitate learning circles to share key insights.

4. Collaboration & Communication

•             Coordinate knowledge flow across VMO, HQ, and transformation teams.

•             Manage digital platforms for structured knowledge exchange.

•             Liaise with HR where project learnings link to capability programs.

Job Requirements

•             5–7 years experience in knowledge management, project research, or organizational learning within complex organizations.

•             KM system design and documentation

•             Research and synthesis

•              Facilitation and insight translation

•             Data storytelling

•             Proficiency in collaboration tools (Powerpoint, SharePoint, Miro)

•             Advanced English
