We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented, and communicative Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our business objectives and technical solutions. You will be the key translator of stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements, helping us optimize processes, launch new features, and solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis to understand and document business needs, user stories, and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between business units (Marketing, Sales, Campaign) and technology teams (Development, QA), ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows (using UML/BPMN), and wireframes/mockups.
• Solution Design & Validation: Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate proposed solutions, ensure they meet business needs, and participate in system testing (UAT) to validate outcomes.
• Data-Driven Insights: Utilize SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze data, track KPIs, and provide insights that support decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains, recommending and helping to implement improvements.
• Project Support: Support project managers with scope definition, risk assessment, and backlog grooming in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with data analysis using SQL and Excel is required.
