Job Description

 At Wallex, we are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to manage HR documentation, employee files, benefits administration, and payroll-related coordination, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and accurate handling of employee requests.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage HR documentation, including employment contracts, new hire guides, and other official letters (e.g., HR department letters).
  • Maintain and update internal HR databases, company policies, and FAQ documents, ensuring accurate and confidential personnel files.
  • Respond to and resolve employee queries and requests (written or verbal) with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by staying proficient in relevant legislation.
  • Coordinate with external partners, such as insurance vendors, to ensure legal compliance and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments on HR-related payments and benefit programs.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, meal benefits, and other employee perks.
  • Support payroll operations by providing accurate employee information (schedules/hours worked).
  • Manage employee exit formalities and the personnel settlement process.

Skills:

  • Solid understanding of C&B (Compensation & Benefits) HR processes.
  • Familiarity with HR-related software such as Nanowatch and Rahekaran.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in preparing clear and concise reports.
  • Excellent communication skills for effectively responding to employee inquiries.
  • Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks, especially concerning confidential information.
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptability when navigating various situations and conditions.
  • proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Proven creative problem-solving abilities and a strong solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Highly trustworthy with an unwavering commitment to confidentiality.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, ensuring the timely completion of assigned tasks.
