Customer Success Manager

Job Description :
We are looking for a motivated, English-speaking Sales and Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. The role involves interacting directly with users, managing sales conversations, training, following up, and providing high-quality support via calls, meetings, chat, and email. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about SaaS, technology, and international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with users via calls, meetings, chat, and email
• Converting leads into customers through professional sales communications
• Handling matters related to customer acceptance and necessary follow-ups
• Resolving customer problems efficiently and professionally
• Coordination between sales, product and technical teams
• Maintaining customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
• Track interactions and update CRM systems

Accusations:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer support
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence in live calls and video meetings
• Familiarity with SaaS or digital platforms is an advantage
• Experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zendesk or Intercom
• Organized, reliable and a quick learner

Bonus skills (preferred):

• Introduction to influencer marketing or digital products
• Introduction to best sales practices and the use of artificial intelligence in sales
• Familiarity with sales tools and how to automate most tasks.
