
To plan and execute trade marketing activities that increase product visibility, distribution, and sell-out performance across modern and traditional trade channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement annual and launch-specific trade marketing plans
• Design and execute in-store activations, POSM, and visibility tools
• Plan and manage trade promotions in coordination with Sales
• Support product launches at distributor and retail level
• Monitor execution quality in MT & GT channels
• Analyze sell-in, sell-out, and promotion effectiveness
• Manage trade marketing budget and ensure ROI
• Coordinate with agencies, printers, and suppliers
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in FMCG trade marketing
• Strong understanding of Iranian retail channels (MT & GT)
• Good analytical and planning skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing
