
Job Purpose
To manage the full product lifecycle, from concept development to launch and performance optimization, ensuring strong market fit and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
• Define product positioning, USP, and value proposition
• Lead new product development in collaboration with R&D and Production
• Manage packaging development, claims, and labeling in line with regulations
• Conduct market and competitor analysis
• Develop pricing strategy in coordination with Finance and Sales
• Prepare product launch plans and marketing toolkits
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 4–5 years experience in FMCG product management
• Experience with food products is an advantage
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Analytical mindset and consumer-focused thinking
