
Job Purpose
To support brand execution and marketing activities, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of campaigns and launches.
Key Responsibilities
• Support execution of ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns
• Coordinate with agencies, designers, and internal teams
• Follow up on artworks, packaging, and marketing materials
• Assist in product launches, events, and sampling activities
• Maintain marketing documents, reports, and timelines
• Track campaign performance and prepare summaries
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 1–3 years experience in FMCG marketing (or strong fresh graduate)
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office
