Cloud Team Lead

We’re building a real cloud platform, not just running infrastructure.
We’re looking for a Senior Cloud Team Lead to own the architecture and technical direction of our cloud services at scale.

Why this role matters
•⁠ ⁠You’ll own core cloud services (IaaS, Object Storage, Kubernetes, Backup, ...)
•⁠ ⁠You’ll make real architectural decisions that impact production
•⁠ ⁠You’ll work on scalability, reliability, and performance, not ticket-driven ops
•⁠ ⁠You’ll shape how the cloud platform evolves, end to end

What you’ll do
•⁠ ⁠Design and lead cloud architectures (OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes)
•⁠ ⁠Drive HA, multi-AZ, and failure-domain design
•⁠ ⁠Set technical standards and best practices
•⁠ ⁠Work closely with SRE, Product, and Platform teams
•⁠ ⁠Review designs, guide engineers, and mentor the team

What we’re looking for
•⁠ ⁠Deep hands-on experience with OpenStack and/or Ceph
•⁠ ⁠Strong Linux, storage, and networking background
•⁠ ⁠Experience designing large-scale or production-grade systems
•⁠ ⁠A mindset for ownership, quality, and long-term architecture
