Job Description

At 780, we are seeking a Senior Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage and execute
end-to-end recruitment processes, from workforce planning and job posting to interviewing, final
selection, and managerial reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring the organization attracts
and hires talent aligned with business needs while strengthening the employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, selection, and hiring.
• Assess external and internal candidates using competency-based interview models and
various HR assessment tools.
• Ensure candidates’ competencies and job requirements are aligned with business needs.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels to attract target talent, including headhunting for rare and
niche skills.
• Maintain, update, and manage recruitment data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
and prepare accurate analytical reports.
• Plan and coordinate interview processes, including initial screenings, assessments, and inperson and online interviews.
• Participate in seasonal recruitment planning and workforce demand forecasting.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidate suitability and select the most qualified
candidates.
• Prepare candidate profiles and final recommendations for hiring decisions.
• Work closely with HRBP and Employer Branding & Culture teams to execute employer
branding initiatives, job fairs, and social media recruitment activities.
• Provide periodic HR reports, including monthly recruitment reports, offer rejection rates,
interview history, and recruitment pipeline status.
• Deliver professional feedback to candidates who are not selected during the interview
process.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and team workflows.
• Update and maintain job descriptions in line with organizational needs.


Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in recruitment and hiring within technologybased companies.
• Proven experience working in technology-driven environments (startups, software, or
engineering-based organizations).
• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• High proficiency in conducting competency-based interviews.
• Good command of English for professional communication.
• Ability to analyze sourcing channels and evaluate conversion rates and recruitment
effectiveness.
• Ability to prepare recruitment reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strong understanding of job requirements and the ability to clearly articulate them to
stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
