Position Overview:
We are looking for a "Senior Product Manager" to own the strategy and scaling of our complex financial products. You will move beyond feature execution to drive the long-term vision, navigating the intersection of market trends, regulatory requirements, and high-growth business goals. As a senior product manager, you will influence executive stakeholders and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Vision: Define and evangelize a roadmap that aligns product development with business goals and market opportunities.
• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the full product lifecycle from high-level discovery and ideation to launch and iterative optimization.
• Stakeholder Influence: Navigate complex internal landscapes to align Engineering, Compliance, and Executive leadership on high-stakes priorities.
• Fintech Excellence: Solve intricate challenges regarding scalability, security, and financial regulations while maintaining a seamless user experience.
• Mentorship: Elevate the organization’s product culture by refining internal processes and coaching junior team members. 

Requirements:

•  +4 years of experience in Product Management.
• Fintech experience is a plus (payments, lending, or banking).
• Proven track record of managing complex products and delivering measurable ROI.
• Exceptional data-driven mindset (SQL/BI proficiency) combined with a "first principles" approach to problem-solving.
• Strong ability to influence without authority and communicate technical concepts to non-technical executives.
• Understanding of API-driven architectures and modern software development lifecycles.
