About the Role:

As a Campaign Management Specialist, you will effectively manage advertising campaigns while building strong, long-term relationships with advertisers. This hybrid role combines campaign execution, performance optimization, and account management. You will serve as the main point of contact for advertisers, responsible for planning, running, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns, while ensuring high customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth.

You will also collaborate closely with internal teams (Ad Operations, Product, Data, Finance, and Tech) to ensure smooth campaign execution and share client feedback and market insights to help improve products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare media plans, budget allocation, and performance forecasts based on client objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize targeting, creatives, and budgets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned advertisers and accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
  • Analyze campaign results and prepare clear, accurate, and actionable performance reports.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered correctly, on time, and aligned with agreed KPIs.

  • Educate and support clients on campaign execution, performance metrics, and optimization strategies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase client spend while maintaining high satisfaction.
  • Follow up on client requests, feedback, and issues to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Campaign Management, Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising and performance marketing concepts.
  • Experience working with advertising platforms or AdTech panels (experience with Yektanet or similar platforms is a plus).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and campaign reports.
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting/management tools (Google Sheets, CRM systems, etc).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of ownership.
